Lynn Watkins is a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker, with extensive experience working with families, couples, teens and children. She believes in holistic and solution focused therapy, with a cognitive-behavioral emphasis, adapting her practice according to the unique needs of each of her clients, and helping as they manage challenges and changes in life.
Lynn graduated from California State University, Northridge, with a Master’s degree in Social Work and from California State University San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her work experience includes over twenty years in child welfare, working with adults and children who experienced trauma, abuse, interpersonal violence, and substance addiction. Lynn specializes in conflict resolution, relationship support, self-esteem improvement. depression relief, and anxiety management.
Lynn offers an empathetic, caring, and client-centered approach, to support a client’s needs and well-being, while teaching adaptive skills and creating realistic goals to assist in obtaining balance in their lives.
